Welcome to Day 13 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight we're doing a slow vinyasa flow stretch for flexibility and peace of mind. This class includes some of my favorite yoga poses. We'll go through poses like butterfly fold, seated cat/cow, calf stretches, 3 legged dog, low lunge and thread the needle. This is a great flow to increase flexibility.
